" I graduated from University of Limerick in 1989 and began training with Baker Tilly O’Hare qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. My promotion through the firm was the typical route, from Audit Trainee to Audit Senior, Manager, Director and Partner . When I made Partner in 1998, it was through a combination of working hard, working with people that I liked, and working in a positive, enjoyable atmosphere. From my experience, I have found that the more work and experience I’ve sought has been given to me.
