Tax Flash - NPPR
The annual NPPR payment is due by 30 June 2011. The Non Principal Private Residence (NPPR) payment applies to all Irish situate, residential properties which are not an individual’s main place of residence. The levy applies where you owned the property on 31 March 2011.
The payment can be made online at www.nppr.ie or at any local authority office. In order to make the payment you will require the following information:
- Name of the owner
- Correspondence address for the owner
- PPS number of the owner of the property
- Credit or laser card details
