Catherine Corcoran
Partner

Catherine joined Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon in 2000, she is a Consulting
Partner with the firm and sits on the firms executive board. She set up
the HR Management consulting division in 2003 and now heads up the
newly merged service following the merger with Polaris HR in April,
2011.
A graduate of UCD and NCI, she has over 20 years
experience in senior management and HR roles across a variety of sectors
– Public Service, Retail and professional services. She has also
recently obtained a first class honours Diploma in Corporate Governance
from UCD Smurfit School of business
Catherine’s expert
facilitation skills allow her to successfully work with Management
groups both in developing and implementing strategy in a way that
ensures accountability and success. She also advises in relation to
organisational structure and management processes and works with key
people developing personal/career plans using a combination of coaching
and psychometric profiling.
She acts as an advisor to numerous
Boards of directors facilitating their arrival at best practice
governance issues while delivering outcomes in terms of delivering
strategy. She works closely with our internal audit division in
delivering value added risk management services.
Under her
executive leadership the firm won the country’s top HR award in 2007 –
CIPD excellence in HR Awards beating competition from top corporate
companies in the process.

- Member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD)
