Tom Tuohy
Associate - Dimensional Training
Tom joined Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon as part of the merger with Polaris HR. He joined Polaris HR as an associate in 2008 and worked as lead trainer and mentor with a number of major clients.
Prior to his work as a consultant, Tom worked for over 25 years in Financial Services with a number of major banks. Tom held senior management positions in the financial services arm of one of the world’s largest conglomerate corporations, General Electric inc. In these roles Tom was responsibility for strategic direction in conjunction with managing a number of business transformation projects in both product and process innovation across the island of Ireland. He also has many years frontline sales experience both as a Sales Professional and Sales Manager and is a qualified trainer. Tom has a Hons. MBA, a Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance (ACCA) and is PRINCE2® Project Management qualified.
